So really, what is at stake here is the development of humanity. When you offer up absurdities as the rule by which people should structure their laws and lives, you are waging war against the prosperity of your own species. You are a traitor of the highest degree rargos, and as such, you render your thoughts and words meaningless.

Your concern is worthless rargos, not unlike your opinions about the nature of reality. You may repeatedly protest the words that I’ve used, but neither you nor your non-god can refute my points. If you didn’t have a problem with people being atheists, then what exactly are you doing here? Identify your reason/s for being here. Were you reading the bible and all of a sudden taken with the idea that some atheists somewhere needed your two cents? Religions are inherently dangerous if for no other reason that the fact that they are based on lies and mislead millions of people into focusing work and effort that could otherwise be spent towards the betterment of humanity in general. Can you justify the worship of a god that is so violent and morally reprehensible? If you would claim to be so far above the type of behavior that you have so thoroughly condemned, then how is it you can pretend such self-righteousness comes from the worship of this deity that you claim is likewise above the murder of children as I’ve just proven without a shadow of a doubt is indeed NOT the case. You are a hypocrite of the sort which is incapable of taking responsibility for their own beliefs, let alone their behavior. You sir are reprehensible in such a profound way that you cannot even begin to comprehend the degree to which I must soil myself to speak to you. But yeah, you’re right, nobody is capable of being as morally righteous as your tragically ironic god.

Since you obviously have missed it everywhere else that I’ve posted it. Or are you just going to ignore what you can’t explain? Can you explain why you place yourself and everyone else under a deity that is so violent? Can you excuse away and dismiss out of hand the FACT that your deity will not save you, me, or anyone else from the very things that it has promised to? Will you clarify some of the contradictions in your bible? If you can’t find any, I’m quite sure that I can produce more than you’d like off of the top of my head.

So, when are you going to respond to the FACT that you worship such a violent and disgusting god? How can you excuse your dear precious LORD’s behavior? You can’t, because first of all, your deity doesn’t exist to have any behavior to excuse. You’re just as much of an atheist as I am, the difference between you and I is that you’re holding on to useless and detrimental traditions for selfish reasons. If you really believe that your god exists, and you really believe that Jesus has saved your non-existent soul from a hell that doesn’t exist, then why are you still alive? What are you waiting for? Where in the bible does it say that suicide is a sin? Would you not be in a much better place if you blew your worthless brains out? What’s stopping you from killing yourself and joining your perfect god in heaven?

I’ll tell you exactly what keeps you from killing yourself. You KNOW. You K-N-O-W that there is no god anywhere to save your non-existent soul from a non-existent hell that was not created to eternally torment you for being what you were supposedly created to be in the first place. It’s all a bunch of bullshit and you know it, and you’re taking your anger with yourself out on strangers because they have the balls to face up to reality where you don’t and you’re jealous of our freedom from the shackles that you’re too simple-minded to shake off.

You argue with strangers because you have nothing better to do with your time, and you artificially create problems where none would otherwise exist. Why? Why are you still here, why are you still pestering a bunch of people for being more in touch with their humanity than you?

Agree completely. So why attack all religions and all religous people when it seems that most atheists oppose religion because of specific issues like homosexuality, abortion, creationism, etc.?

I don’t have a problem with people being atheists — I have a problem with atheists who attack, insult, and misrepresent me simply because I’m a believer. Live and let live.

That said, I haven’t met many believers who brag about their own imagined intellectual superiority to others, who fantasize about harming children and mutilating peoples’ family members, or who use pretty vile profanity towards people they disagree with — seems like that’s pretty common among atheists, present company excluded, of course.
