arrested for making a political and societal statement. There’s nothing
lewd about this teen’s post – He didn’t expose himself. He didn’t deface
anything. His statement is CHRISTIANITY has too much power in politics.

I see some of the point of him being charged, why did he not just get his own statue and pose with it. Being on someone else’s property is wrong. That is like me going into your yard and doing it to something you put out in the yard, say of a family member or something that meant something to you. I did something to it like that. Say a picture of a guy holding a dick up to the picture or statue. You would be angry and want me charged. DO you want some cheese with your wine…LOL
