Thank you, my friend. In your posting of this quote, perhaps a few people more will realize that Hitler, much like Stalin, was a deeply religious man. This, in turn, was one of his motivations, along with his belief in the Aryans being the ‘master race’.

Hi! I’m the Logic Sniper. What I do is a form of trolling, I admit, but I’ve never actually encountered this form of trolling done on purpose. I’ve taken to calling it… well, Logic Sniping. Essentially, I’m going to deconstruct your argument, draw an unsavory conclusion about you as a person, and disappear. Let’s get to it.

Yes. We do not know. But your very phrasing reveals your bias in the direction of creationism as the origin of the universe. While we cannot disprove this, that is exactly why it is invalid – no matter what really happened, it is always possible to say ‘…but God set it off in the first place’. Therefore, this is a useless non-argument.

More to the point – the universe didn’t ‘explode into being from nothing’, nor did it do so with ‘amazing precision’. It was analogous to a bomb. All matter in the universe, packed into a ball smaller than we could even observe – the sheer pressure would eventually cause all of it to blow up. That was the Big Bang. Then, the resulting expanding dust cloud slowly, over time, began to gather itself up into smaller balls – stars, planets, space rocks, and all the rest. Gravity. And eventually, the Earth and our solar system was one of trillions of results. We don’t know where the matter originated, though Steven Hawking has proven that there is a loophole in thermodynamics that could cause it to originate from nothing, so long as an antithesis – dark or antimatter –

Thanks @ Guest for standing up against some disillusioned characters who think the world revolve around them…. A charade of arrogant and intolerant ‘loud- mouths’. They mistake their folly for intelligence. In all their superior intelligence, they still can’t figure out that American Christians aren’t the only people that believe in God.

Since nature itself was created, this Cause must be beyond nature or ”supernatural.”
