Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase from our online store. You may return most items purchased from our webstore to us for a product refund (less shipping costs) or to exchange it for a different size or item within 30 days of your order.
Instructions
Contact our store manager by emailing [email protected] or calling (908) 276-7300 x105. The store manager will be able to assist you in processing your return or exchange.
After speaking with our store manager, pack your items securely in a box along with the packing slip included with your order. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include your order’s email confirmation with your return. We will not be able to process returns or exchanges without your order number. Once your item has been packed, send to:

Please note: We cannot accept returns for orders more than 30 days old or that are not in their original condition.
Refunds
We will process your refund using the original payment method. Credit card refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping or we sent you the incorrect item.
