Edwin Frederick Kagin (Nov., 1940 ? Mar, 2014), J.D., a trial attorney whose epicenter was located near Union, KY was born to a Presbyterian minister and a Daughters-of-the-American-Revolution mother. He was an Eagle Scout, a U.S. Air Force veteran, an NRA-certified handgun instructor, and an Honorary Black Belt in Kenpo Karate. He is co-author of the book “The Fundamentals of Extremism: The Christian Right in America.? With his wife Helen, he is the founder of Camp Quest, a secular summer camp for children of Atheists and other Freethinkers.
