Donald Lacey is a Life Member and the State Director for Arizona. He is a retired research and development engineer and program manager. He retired as a Major from the US Air Force after 27 years and worked at Raytheon Missile Systems until March of 2008. He is currently the organizer for Tucson Atheists as well as a charter board member of the Secular Coalition for Arizona. Don is also a program counselor for Camp Quest Arizona.
