Beth Deitch discovered that New Orleans was her true home almost 30 years ago, and has lived there ever since. She has a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and is currently teaching in the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Her teaching experience covers Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, Testing and Measurement, Statistics and Research Methods. Her main areas of research are workplace discrimination and employee well-being. Beth is on the Board of the New Orleans Secular Humanist Association, and handles a variety of tasks for NOSHA, including membership management and graphic design.
