Lisa Duke grew up in New Jersey and has resided in North Carolina since 1990. She is a member SCOTT (secular community of the Triad) and interested in normalizing atheism, giving to the local community, and striving for separation of religion and government. Lisa also has a passion for secular recovery from addiction, helping anyone who desires recovery and desires doing so without “spiritual” programs.
For more than 55 years, American Atheists has fought to protect the absolute separation of religion from government and to elevate atheists and atheism in our nation’s public and political discourse.
