Convention registration fees are not refundable. However, you can transfer your registration to another person or convert your registration payment to a tax-deductible donation if you are unable to attend.
You will not receive paper tickets before the convention. Just bring your registration confirmation email and photo identification with you to pick up your tickets at the registration / check in desk.
